The KM Conditioning program was
designed to compliment our Krav Maga program, but can also be
used for the sole purpose of fitness. Students training in Krav
Maga can use these conditioning classes to practice, refine, and
become more efficient at their KM techniques. In addition to it’s
compliment to KM, this class is also designed to help people lose
weight and/or increase lean body mass. We provide hands on training
for students interested in taking the discipline and empowerment
of Krav Maga, and combine it with an innovative approach to athletic
training. These conditioning classes combine stretching, strength
training, cardiovascular endurance, and sport specific exercises
into every class. This program has been carefully designed to
a wide variety of training and conditioning techniques, providing
you with a safe, fun, high energy, and easy to follow class that
will improve your overall health and well being. This class will
push you to the edge, train your sensory system and improve body
awareness. Whether your goal is moving to the next belt level,
becoming more physically fit, or feeling safe when you walk down
